Derbyshire Dales District Council's Planning Committee are holding an additional meeting at Matlock Town Hall on Tuesday 24th June at 6pm to review a temporary use application for a four-pitch Traveller site at Old Station Close, Rowsley, for up to two years.

Public requests to speak at the meeting must be received by midday on Thursday, 19th June, in line with the May 2025 constitution.
The application will be discussed in the Town Hall Council
Chamber. Due to limited space, it is anticipated that only registered speakers
will be accommodated within the Council Chamber. However, the adjoining
Committee Room will be available for individuals to watch the proceedings live
on screen. Additionally, the meeting will be live-streamed via the District
Council's YouTube channel at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/videos.
The District Council is considering the application following the Planning Committee Protocol from May 2025.
There will be one hour for representations at the start of the meeting, with the Chair having the discretion to extend this in exceptional cases.
