The Dove is teaming up to Celebrate A Summer of Fun at Ashbourne and Wirksworth Leisure Centres from 28th July – 7th September 2025, featuring a range of holiday events to keep children and families active and entertained during the school break.

Over the Summer holiday's both centres will offer a dynamic Summer Holiday Activities programme including Sports Mania, Multi-Sports, Athletics, Trampolining, Arts & Crafts, Climbing lessons and much more – providing something for every interest and ability level. Sessions are suitable for a range of age groups and are led by experienced and qualified instructors in a safe and welcoming environment.
In addition to dry-side activities, the pools at Ashbourne will be open all summer long for family fun, with inflatable sessions, open swims, and dedicated family swim times. It's the perfect way to cool off and have fun together during the warmer months.
For those looking for indoor sports options, court hire is available for Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, and more. Whether you're looking for some friendly competition or simply a fun way to stay active with friends or family, the leisure centres have you covered.
